3. What the site offers

Will It Slush? is a free informational and entertainment site about home slushie machines (in particular the Ninja Slushi), including recipes, a calculator that estimates whether a drink will freeze, and an AI assistant. We are not affiliated with SharkNinja, Ninja, or any beverage brand mentioned on the site.

4. Alcohol, food safety and health disclaimer

Many recipes contain alcohol and are intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21+ in the United States, 18+ in Spain and most of the EU). Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive.

The information on this site is provided "as is" for general informational purposes. It is not medical, nutritional or professional advice. Freezing point, ABV and Brix estimates are mathematical approximations and your actual result depends on your machine, ingredients and temperature. You are responsible for verifying the result before serving.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to break any applicable law.
• Scrape, crawl or copy the site at a scale that disrupts the service.
• Send the AI assistant prompts intended to harm, defame or attack a third party.
• Attempt to bypass security or rate limits.

We may rate-limit, block or suspend access to users who violate these rules, without notice.

6. AI-generated content

Some recipes and assistant answers are generated with the help of large language models. We make a best effort to validate them (we run them through our own calibration engine), but they may contain mistakes. Treat AI-generated content as a starting point, not as an authoritative source. Recipes marked as AI-assisted carry a visible badge.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, original recipes, articles and the slush calculator engine are © MLC Consulting – Unmanned Expert S.L., all rights reserved. You may share short excerpts and link to the site with attribution. Republication of full articles or recipes requires written permission.

Third-party trademarks (Ninja®, Slushi®, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant the user a different forum.
