Why your drink won't freeze
Alcohol and sugar both lower the freezing point of water. Too much of either and your Ninja Slushi just spins — forever. The sweet spot is mathematically narrow, but easy to hit once you know the rules.

What ABV slushes best?
Aim for 10–12% ABV. Below 8% it freezes solid; above 14% it stays liquid.
Why won't my drink freeze?
Usually too much alcohol or sugar. Dilute with water in 30 ml steps until it slushes.
Can I put soda in the Slushi?
Yes — flatten it first. Bubbles jam the auger and ruin the texture.
Does it work for mocktails?
Absolutely. With zero alcohol you only need to hit the Brix target (11–13%).
